“In the depths of Mexico City, a maelstrom of sound has been brewing, Sunset Images, a sonic entity -fueled by the unyielding passion of Samuel Osorio- has transcended the influences of krautrock, shoegaze, and punk into a layered soundscape of dissonance, cathartic release, and emotional depth. With a growing reputation for their intense live performances, Sunset Images has shared stages with notable bands, toured extensively across multiple continents and released a series of EPs and a LP that confront violence, racism and misogyny, and had dealt with subjects like loneliness, anger and desperation.

OK WAIT weaves existential dread and emotional instrumantal music into a highly personal message: there is a way! The current shift in time, with its many challenges for both the individual and society, directly influences the band's work. The wordlessly told stories deal with outrage, irritation, reflection, fear, hope, and grief, but also with drawing courage and strength from community. Since their last release - SIGNAL - they are working on a new Album, which is set to release early 2027 via Moment of Collapse.
