Das bewusste Tragen des Gewichts verschiebt den Fokus, vom Außen zu einer intensiven Erfahrung des eigenen Körpers und der gemeinsamen Bewegung. In einem „Workshop“ wird die Fähigkeit erlernt, einen Stein auf dem Kopf zu balancieren und ein Gefühl für Konzentration, Vertrauen und gegenseitige Unterstützung entwickelt. Anschließend geht die Gruppe für einen „Walkshop“ in den Stadtraum: eine Umgebung voller Reize und Ablenkungen. Als stilles Kollektiv bewegt sie sich durch die Straßen, aufmerksam, verbunden und im Gleichgewicht. Gemeinsam schließt diese Praxis, zwischen körperlicher Herausforderung, Achtsamkeit und künstlerischer Erfahrung, im „Talkshop“.

Consciously carrying the weight shifts the focus away from the outside world and towards an intense experience of one's own body and shared movement. In a „workshop“, participants learn to balance a stone on their heads and develop a sense of concentration, trust and mutual support. Afterwards, the group goes into the city for the „walkshop“: an environment full of stimuli and distractions. As a silent collective, they move through the streets, attentive, connected and in balance. Together, this practice, between physical challenge, mindfulness and artistic experience, concludes in the „talkshop“.
