This event includes a somatic introduction and integration.


Liberate into the here and now through the 5Rhythms Dance w/ Oliver Dance Meditation. In this class movement becomes the medicine, the meditation and the metaphor.


WHO:

Since 2014, OLIVER has been an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by 5Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan.In addition to the 5Rhythms, his work is infused with a deep, decades-long practice in Gurdjieff’s sacred movements, meditation, and yoga (certified teacher with Richard Freeman). Oliver is also a musician.
